Grievance Redressal Cell

St. Anthony's English Medium School is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. We understand that concerns may arise, and we encourage open communication to address them effectively.

What is a Grievance?

A grievance is a concern, complaint, or disagreement that may affect a student's well-being or educational experience. This could include issues related to:

  • Academics (grading, teaching methods, workload, etc.)
  • Bullying or harassment
  • School facilities or resources
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Any other matter causing concern

How to File a Grievance

We offer multiple channels for filing a grievance:

  • Direct Communication: Students can approach their teacher, class coordinator, or the principal directly to discuss their concerns.
  • Grievance Form: A downloadable grievance form can be found on the school website ([link to form if available]). Completed forms can be submitted to the Grievance Cell Coordinator (details below).
  • Grievance Box: A secure grievance box is located near the school office for anonymous complaints.

All grievances will be addressed with fairness and confidentiality. The Grievance Cell will follow a structured process to ensure a prompt and appropriate resolution. This may involve:
