Withdrawl Policy
This policy outlines the guidelines for withdrawing a student from St. Anthony's English Medium School.
Withdrawal Procedure
- Official Notification: Parents must submit a written withdrawal request to the school principal. The request should clearly state the reason for withdrawal and the student's last date of attendance.
- Clearance of Dues: All outstanding fees, dues, and fines must be settled before a Transfer Certificate (TC) can be issued. This includes tuition fees, library fines, lab charges, etc.
- TC Issuance: Once dues are cleared, the school will process the TC request. Please allow up to 5 working days for the TC to be generated.
Please Note:
- Failure to clear dues will delay the issuance of the Transfer Certificate.
- The school reserves the right to withhold the TC until all outstanding balances are settled.
We encourage parents to discuss any concerns with the school administration before initiating the withdrawal process.
